Whistleblowing is where workers report wrongdoing for the greater good of the public. It is an important ethical practice and supports transparency and fair play within Fortitude.

This privacy policy applies Fortitude Fostering Community Interest Company (Fortitude, or “we”) website that receive data and are linking to this Privacy Policy. It does not apply to Fortitude websites that do not display or link to this Privacy Policy or that have their own Privacy Policy.

As a children services company, data privacy and data security are especially important to us. GENERAL INFORMATION

In general, you can visit and read most parts of our website contents without providing any personal data.

For the process of retrieving your requested information from our websites, our servers store certain data needed for service delivery and/or for statistical or security purposes in anonymized or pseudonymized form (pseudonymized form means data is collected under a pseudonym, i.e. a unique random alphanumeric string generated internally in order to identify each data record). We may track domain names, IP addresses, network provider, browser types and other information about client environment (such as model of your device, operating system, screen resolution, etc.) from people who visit our site. We may also process information about which applications you use and how you use them, the web page you were visiting immediately prior to visiting our website, pages of our website that you visited, the time spent on those pages, information you searched for on our website, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to produce traffic statistics for the Fortitude and to improve security and availability of our websites and services. Such information is not correlated with any personal information. We do not ask you for, access or track any location-based information from your device.

Data is deleted no later than 1 (one) calendar month after the account is deleted.
